 Brian brings many years of experience in Business Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate to Triangle Commercial Advisors, focusing on retail businesses, restaurants, salons/spas, service and other privately held types of businesses. Being a past business owner himself and with decades of hands-on experience, including restaurant ownership, retail management and commercial real estate sales and leasing, Brian knows and understands the needs, challenges, and concerns of the business owner. This background gives him a unique advantage to navigate through all stages of the selling process. Each business and situation are different and although you are the expert at operating your business, Brian is an expert at helping you maximize the value for your business in the least amount of time. Selling or buying a business is often the most important financial event in an owner's life, which is why you need an experienced broker you can trust. Deanne has vast and varied experience in all phases of real estate throughout her extensive career. Beginning in residential real estate, Deanne was the top producer by excelling in finding properties ideally suited to her client’s needs and desires. Deanne has carried this passion for fulfilling her client’s needs by applying the same attention to detail to commercial properties. She has extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management with emphasis in marketing, managing and optimizing value of multiple property types.  Deanne has worked with real estate developers from initial land acquisition and/or development financing, coordination of subcontractors and governmental municipalities and utilities, and transitions to investors or end user purchases.  Throughout her real estate career, Deanne has concurrently provided computerized accounting, financial reporting, payroll and Notary services to clients.
